Home dimensions in Vastu

Following are the dimensions of home as per Matsya Purana with income vs expenses in each dimensions:

(LXW=Area)/8  whatever is remander is considered income.

If remander is,
1 - Dhvaja - these homes with doors on all four sides and esp. on West is considered very auspicious.
2 - Dhuma - Not good.
3 - Simha - this home with North door brings distress and pain.
4 - Khara - Not good.
5 - Svana - Not good.
6 - Vrshabha - this home with East door brings miseries.
7 - Hasti (gaja) - this home with South door brings miseries.
8 or 0 - Kaka (crow) - Not good as all and brings complete ruination, makes one live like a crow.

Income - expense calculation of home :
Income (as calculated above) - multiplied with 8 and divided by 27 the remander is Nakshatra (???).  Again when Nakshatra is divided by 8, the remander gives the expenses.  When the expenses are more than income one should not build such home as it is not favorable.  Income should be always higher than expenses.

Following is chart for income and expenses.
